Fresh Start of development – Site Work in the progress
Estimated completion is set for December 2025
Here are few pictures of the progress we made thus far.
- Site Work: Dug most of the detention pond and several pads are ready for concrete to be poured .
Pad Site 1 and 4 – Ready for concrete to be poured
Cleared path to bring in concrete trucks and additional equpiment
Pad Site 2 and 5 – Additional pads are ready for concrete with plumbing completed.
